Basic WiFi
This WatchGuard Basic WiFi licence provides a 3-year subscription to WatchGuard’s Basic WiFi service. Use the Gateway Wireless Controller on a WatchGuard Firebox (sold separately) to configure, manage and monitor WatchGuard access points directly from the Firebox.

The AP327X supports the only Wireless Intrusion Prevention System (WIPS) in the industry with high accuracy in classifying access points and client devices, properly enabling automatic prevention of WiFi threats and keeping a network protected from wireless man-in-the middle attacks, evil twins, honeypots, and more.
Ruggedised enclosure
The AP327X is IP67-compliant and tested to withstand the harshest weather conditions, so it can be mounted with direct exposure to the elements – no overhang or shelter required. This AP is capable of operating in temperatures -40°C to 65°C (-40°F to 149°F).
Dual-band omni antennas
Omni-directional (360 degree) coverage is ideal for installations where the AP327X is centrally located and client devices require connectivity in all directions such as school recreation areas, outdoor pools, manufacturing buildings, and public hotspots.
No need to rip and replace, just add WIPS
This WatchGuard access point has the flexibility to operate as both an access point and a dedicated WIPS security sensor. This means that when deployed as a dedicated WIPS sensor, the device works with your existing access points (Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, Ubiquiti, etc) and adds enterprise-grade wireless security protection to your network. In this case, instead of delivering secure WiFi traffic to users, WatchGuard delivers unprecedented WIPS security protection that is 100% dedicated to scanning the air and protecting your business from wireless threats.
