TP-LINK TL-SF1024 24 Port Rackmount Fast Ethernet Switch is designed for SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) or workgroup users and comes in a 19″ rack-mount size metal case design combined with a safety certified internal power supply to make the Switch a robust product that is very cost-effective for less than 24 users/devices.

The plug-and-play and auto-negotiation capabilities allow the TP-Link TL-SF1024 Switch to auto-detect its link partner (Ethernet adapter, for example) with the best speed, and each port provides full bandwidth (Maximum with 200Mbps in full duplex mode) without a traditional hub´s collision phenomenon downgrading the performance.

All ports can be the uplink (cascade) port which is provided to link to another Switch for more ports expansion.

This new TP-Link TL-SF1024 Switch features the latest innovative energy-efficient technologies that can greatly expand your network capacity with much less power. When a computer or other piece of network equipment is off, the switch can automatically detect the link status of each port and reduce the power consumption of ports that are idle.

The TP-Link TL-SF1024 switch also analyses the length of the Ethernet cable connected and adjusts the power usage accordingly, rather than keeping the power consumption in a conventional solution, saving the power that would otherwise be wasted.

Easy to Use

The automatic features of this TP-Link TL-SF1024 switch makes plug and play installation efficient and hassle-free. Auto MDI/MDIX eliminates the need for crossover cables. Auto-negotiation on each port senses the link speed of a network device (10, 100, or 1000 Mbps) and intelligently adjusts for compatibility and optimal performance.
